The 22nd edition of the International Property Show (IPS) has concluded at Dubai World Trade Centre, bringing together investors, developers, policymakers and real estate professionals for three days of discussions, investment opportunities and industry engagement.
Held from September 7 to 9 under the strategic partnership of the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the event attracted 48,716 visitors and featured 140 speakers. It provided a platform for institutional investors and capital allocators to engage directly with leading developers and explore opportunities across Dubai's real estate market.
Developers showcase major projects
Major developers, including Azizi Properties, Binghatti, Danube, Fakhruddin Properties, SanZen and Union Properties, presented residential, mixed-use and commercial developments during the event.
The exhibition also featured PropTech innovation zones highlighting technologies aimed at changing property transactions and asset management. Investment destination forums provided opportunities for investors and development companies to discuss projects and potential partnerships.
Majid Al Marri, CEO of the Corporate Real Estate Sector at Dubai Land Department, said the partnership between DLD and IPS demonstrated the value of collaboration among regulators, developers, investors and other stakeholders.
He said the three-day event provided a platform for showcasing opportunities in Dubai's real estate market while highlighting developments in its services, digital solutions and market data.
Al Marri added that DLD would continue working with partners to support an efficient and transparent real estate ecosystem in line with the objectives of the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033 and Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
Focus on institutional investment
Dawood Al Shezawi, President of IPS, said the event brought together global institutional capital and major development operators, with discussions focused on investment opportunities and partnerships.
The summit's co-location with AIM Congress, an international investment platform, broadened the event's focus beyond property transactions to include institutional investment networks, technology infrastructure and cross-border capital.
The organisers said visitor feedback highlighted the role of IPS in supporting investment discussions and helping establish longer-term strategic partnerships.
Participants explored development opportunities spanning residential communities, hospitality, smart-city infrastructure and mixed-use projects, placing Dubai's real estate sector within wider discussions around economic diversification and sustainability.
