Innesskirk Global successfully conducted the Blue Mindset Workshop for senior leaders in HR on 20th August 2015.

The workshop was packed with 14 participants from organizations including a multinational Oil & Gas and Public Safety organization, one of the world's largest global advertising, digital and communications groups, a Japanese based global paint company, a large UAE based Hospitality group, a leading Indian food company with a Global presence, a hotel and resort based in Dubai, a large family owned consumer goods group with over 200 lines of business.

Participants included Learning and Development Manager, HR Director, Head HR, HR Manager, Regional HR Manager, Regional Director, and Regional Training Coordinator among others.

The participants shared that not only did the workshop provide a great opportunity for self-development and networking, but also met the below identified objectives:
- Understand different mind-sets and how they influence personal and business effectiveness
- Become aware of your personal mind-set and how this influences people around you
- Understand how to effectively change behavior in any organization
- Understand how to build a BlueMindset for success, in individuals, teams, business units, small and large organizations

A Blue Mindset Assessment is administered online for each participant prior to this workshop. The workshop is a great opportunity for self-development and gives participants a feel for Innesskirk Global' unique service offering.

Participants from the workshop shared that it was also a great place to network with leaders from their industry. Leaders in HR spend a lot of time and effort in ensuring training and employee engagement across the organization. Yet often their own development takes a back seat due to packed schedules.

Owing to an overwhelming response and on request from prospects and clients we are conducting the next Blue Mindset Workshop on the 20th of September in Dubai from 9.00 to 1.00 including lunch.
