HONOR, a global AI device ecosystem company, has officially opened its flagship HONOR Experience Store at Dubai Mall, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s retail expansion and long-term commitment to the UAE market.
Located within one of the world’s most prominent shopping destinations, the new HONOR Experience Store has been designed as an immersive AI Smart Living hub, combining retail, innovation, and experiential discovery. The opening coincided with the HONOR Magic8 Pro pre-order pickup day, bringing together flagship retail growth and strong consumer momentum in a single launch moment.
Debo Zhang, General Manager of HONOR GCC, said the opening reflects the company’s focus on building consumer-centric experiences in the region. He noted that the simultaneous launch of the store and the Magic8 Pro pre-order pickup highlights growing consumer confidence in the brand, reinforced by strong demand for HONOR’s latest flagship device.
A new retail benchmark for AI smart living
The Dubai Mall flagship introduces a next-generation retail environment designed to redefine how consumers engage with technology. The store features dedicated immersive zones showcasing HONOR’s full ecosystem, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, wearables, and AI-powered connected lifestyle products.
Interactive installations and hands-on demonstrations allow visitors to experience HONOR’s vision of AI-enabled living, positioning artificial intelligence as an intuitive and human-centric companion integrated into everyday life. The store reflects HONOR’s long-term investment in the UAE, strengthening its presence across one of the region’s most dynamic consumer markets.
The opening also marks the debut of several AI ecosystem products being retailed by HONOR for the first time in the GCC. These include the Smart Guitar, Smart Piano Keyboard, Smart Air Drum, Musical Travel Pillow, and HONOR Choice Earbuds Perfume, highlighting the brand’s expansion of AI beyond smartphones into creative, audio, and lifestyle categories.
HONOR Magic8 Pro demand supports flagship momentum
The opening of the Experience Store aligns with strong performance during the HONOR Magic8 Pro pre-order phase. Pre-orders across the UAE recorded a 58 per cent increase compared to the previous generation, underscoring growing consumer trust in HONOR’s premium innovation.
The Magic8 Pro continues to attract attention for its advanced imaging capabilities and AI-driven features, reinforcing HONOR’s leadership in both hardware and software innovation. Customers were able to collect their devices directly from the new flagship store on opening day.
Opening-day offers and in-store experiences
To mark the launch, HONOR introduced a range of opening-day benefits and festive promotions. Customers collecting Magic8 Pro devices through in-store or online pre-orders received a one-year extended warranty and entry into a lucky draw, with prizes including an HONOR Magic8 Pro.
Additional promotions include Scratch & Win opportunities on qualifying purchases of AED 1,999 and above, discounts of up to 50 per cent on selected products, and a selection of Christmas and New Year bundle offers.
