Ghassan Aboud Holding and EasyLease Launch Gallega Aftermarket Hub at Jafza

Ghassan Aboud Holding and EasyLease have launched a new Gallega Global Logistics multi-user aftermarket spare parts hub at Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza), aimed at strengthening automotive spare parts distribution and accelerating delivery across the UAE and wider GCC region.

Announced in Dubai on February 11, 2026, the 215,000-square-foot facility is designed as a technology-enabled logistics centre capable of handling more than 10 million automotive parts annually and is expected to create over 200 new jobs.

Advanced facility to support regional aftermarket growth

The companies said the launch comes as the GCC automotive aftermarket continues to expand at an estimated 5 per cent annually, driven by rising vehicle ownership and increasing adoption of electric mobility.

The hub features 24/7 operations, a Warehouse Management System (WMS), and a dedicated multi-size delivery fleet to support fast last-mile and regional distribution. The site is also fully equipped to handle electric vehicle batteries, aligning with the region’s shift toward sustainable transport solutions.

The project follows a strategic agreement focused on delivering flexible, technology-driven logistics services for the automotive aftermarket sector.

Strategic partnership with DP World GCC

The signing ceremony was held under the patronage of Ghassan Aboud, Chairman of Ghassan Aboud Holding, and Abdulla Bin Damithan, CEO and Managing Director of DP World GCC. The agreement was executed by Sheikh Saeed Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Vice Chairman of EasyLease, and Abdulla Al Hashmi, COO – Parks and Zones, DP World GCC.

Ghassan Aboud said the facility marks a key milestone in strengthening scalable logistics infrastructure for the sector.

He noted that the hub reflects a commitment to technology-enabled logistics, electric mobility readiness, and regional supply chain resilience across the automotive aftermarket.

Focus on faster delivery and supply chain resilience

Sheikh Saeed Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi said efficient aftermarket logistics are essential to keeping vehicles operational and customers mobile, adding that the new hub strengthens spare parts supply capabilities while preparing the sector for future demands.

DP World GCC said the development reinforces Dubai’s role as a regional automotive logistics hub, supported by connectivity, infrastructure, and business-friendly regulations that allow companies to serve multiple markets efficiently.

Abdulla Bin Damithan said growing aftermarket demand across the GCC is increasing the need for smarter and more resilient distribution systems, while Abdulla Al Hashmi highlighted the hub’s role in reducing downtime and improving parts availability for businesses and consumers.

One-stop logistics model for automotive players

Sara Rachid, CEO of Gallega Global Logistics, said the hub will act as a central node for spare parts distribution across the UAE and the region, offering faster and more reliable service through advanced infrastructure and fleet capabilities.

She added that the aftermarket fulfilment operation complements Gallega’s existing services in finished vehicle logistics, including pre-delivery inspection (PDI), repairs, and maintenance support — positioning the company as a one-stop logistics partner for automotive OEMs and distributors.

The companies said the Gallega hub is expected to serve as a model for future multi-user logistics facilities across the region, setting new benchmarks in efficiency, reliability, and customer service.
