According to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), no rain is currently expected on December 31, with the weather forecast to be fair to partly cloudy, though it may be windy and cooler than usual. Temperatures could drop to as low as 8°C in internal areas, with daytime highs reaching around 21–22°C, while seas are expected to be rough at times and winds may cause blowing dust. January 1 is also expected to be fair to partly cloudy, with cooler nights, some humidity, and a chance of fog or mist in the early morning. Overall, conditions should remain suitable for outdoor New Year celebrations, including fireworks and events across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
