What is the UAE’s inflation support scheme and how does it help families?

It’s a monthly allowance for Emirati households earning less than Dh25,000, covering fuel, food, electricity, and water bills. For example, families can receive fuel support of Dh300–Dh900 depending on petrol prices, food allowances up to Dh500 for the head of the family plus Dh250 per child (up to four), and electricity/water deductions up to Dh400. Applications are processed through the Ministry of Community Empowerment, with a Dh3.5 billion budget allocated until 2025. Do you think this scheme is enough to ease the burden of rising living costs, or should more categories of families be included?
