Designed as a 2km elevated, climate-controlled walkway at the Museum of the Future area, the Future Loop will link 10 key locations — including DIFC, Emirates Towers, Dubai World Trade Centre, and nearby Metro stations — easing traffic and enabling year-round walking and cycling. As part of the Dubai Walk Master Plan, it forms a crucial step toward a more people-centric, sustainable city by expanding pedestrian networks, improving safety, integrating with public transport, and supporting Dubai’s 20-Minute City goal. With shaded areas, green spaces, commercial zones, and seamless connection to metro, tram, and bike paths, the project aims to reduce car dependency and boost quality of life for residents and visitors. What do you think — will the Future Loop encourage more people to walk and use public transport in Dubai?
