At FM Expo 2019, Imdaad provides insights for the new trends in the industrial sector

In 2019, Imdaad, a group of companies based in Dubai providing integrated sustainable FM services which boosts the operational efficiencies of physical resources, will be taking part as the Strategic Content Partner of Middle East's major event for industry, highlighting its responsibility to play a major role in the development of the facility management industry.

During the event, which takes place from the 17th-19th September at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Imdaad hosts the third edition of the' Imdaad Work Series.' The 3-day Work Series brings together several policy makers, company leaders and managers, experts and students, including an extensive agenda and renowned speaker base. The sessions explore new trends, challenges and opportunities for the GCC FM sector and examine how the industry is set to shape data, innovative measures and security risks in the coming years.

Mr. Jamal Abdulla Lootah, Group CEO of Imdaad, said: "The FM industry, particularly in the region of GCC and the UAE, has been constantly disrupting novel technology innovations and the evolving needs of consumers, and so it is now essential for industry leaders and regulators to bring together to discuss the most recent developments in the business. Imdaad showed sales development of 12 percent in 2018, as compared to last year, as a testament to a continuous expansion of the regional FM sector. Furthermore, attempts by the company to improve operational efficiency continually produced 94% customer satisfaction, a contract renewal rate of 86% and an average customer KPI performance of over 95% last year.
