Emirates Post and Aramex Announce Strategic Partnership to Expand Nationwide Logistics Access

Emirates Post, the official postal service provider of the United Arab Emirates, has launched a strategic partnership with global logistics leader Aramex to enhance logistics accessibility and streamline service delivery across the country. As part of the collaboration, Aramex’s express logistics solutions will now be accessible through select Emirates Post branches, beginning with a pilot rollout in Dubai.

The partnership aligns with Emirates Post’s broader vision of transforming its national network into a comprehensive hub for modern, customer-centric logistics solutions. By integrating Aramex’s services, the initiative aims to empower communities, support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and contribute to the UAE’s economic growth.

During the pilot phase, select Emirates Post branches in Dubai will offer Aramex’s domestic and international express services, including the shipment of regulated items such as perfumes classified as Dangerous Goods (DGG) to designated regional markets. The rollout will expand progressively to include more branches nationwide.

Rashed Huraiz Alfalasi, Acting General Manager of Emirates Post, emphasized the strategic significance of the initiative:

“This partnership underscores our vision of transforming the traditional understanding of a ‘post office’ into a multi-service destination built on accessibility, reliability, and innovation. By integrating Aramex’s services into our branch network, we are simplifying logistics for individuals and SMEs and reinforcing the UAE’s standing as a regional logistics hub.”

The collaboration also opens the door for future service enhancements. In subsequent phases, customers can expect expanded services, including parcel pickups and returns, designed to meet the growing expectations of consumers and businesses alike.

The move marks a major step in Emirates Post’s transformation into a centralised platform for Courier, Express, and Parcel (CEP) services. It also supports the UAE’s broader goals of digital transformation, logistics innovation, and inclusive economic development.
