Emirates Islamic Reinforces Commitment to Emiratisation

As part of the bank's method to enhance nationalisation efforts, Emirates Islamic, one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE, today introduced that it is joining the Recruitment Open Day program that The Ministry of Human Being Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) is arranging on a weekly basis from July to September across the UAE. This initiative is in line with the Emiratisation-related objectives of UAE Vision 2021 National Program and part of the three-pronged technique that the MoHRE has actually launched this year to protect 15,000 work chances for Emiratis throughout critical private sectors in 2018.

Emirates Islamic's participation becomes part of the bank's commitment to support the UAE's Emiratisation drive, targeted at enhancing the swimming pool of UAE nationwide ability in the banking market.

Talking about the bank's involvement, Marwan Salem Abunawas AlMheiri. Chief Human Resources Officer at Emirates Islamic said: As part of our commitment to develop and empower the UAE national workforce, we are seeking to recruit around 30 young, talented UAE nationals in the next 100 days in various positions including front and back office roles. We are delighted to participate in MoHREs recruitment programme and happy to offer potential candidates, experienced Emiratis and as well as university and high school graduates, an opportunity to contribute to the growth of Islamic finance in the UAE.

The bank got positive feedback to the first Employment Open up Day hung on July 23.
