Ellington honours brokers for its 2018 success
Award ceremony recognises top brokerage firms for highlighting Ellington’s outstanding bespoke, aesthetic and high-quality homes

Dubai, 12 March 2019: Ellington, Dubai’s leading design-led property developer, recognised top brokers responsible for its 2018 sales success at the inaugural ‘Brokers Award’ ceremony and gala dinner at Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

The event was attended by the ‘Who’s Who’ of the UAE property and real estate industry and honoured top-performing brokerage firms for not only selling Ellington’s projects but also pushing Dubai’s economic agenda in the run-up to Expo 2020 Dubai.

Robert Booth, Managing Director of Ellington, said: “As we draw close to Dubai’s most important event next year we understand the needs of the property sector and have been actively contributing to meet market demands. Our brokers have been an integral and symbiotic part of Ellington’s sales ecosystem and our success has been complementary to each other.

Over the last four years since inception, Ellington has announced 1,000 to 1,500 units annually and kept its promise to deliver.

At the end of February 2019, Ellington saw the handover of its latest Belgravia II development, located centrally in Jumeirah Village Circle. A handover ceremony was held where the property keys were personally given to homeowners by Ellington management.

Ellington recently launched a new project called DT1, the fourth project by the developer that has set benchmarks in every aspect of construction to date, with expected completion by end of 2019. The residential tower offers residents and investors a unique value proposition with its close proximity to two of the key city hubs - Downtown Dubai and Business Bay.
