e& enterprise and Exeed Industries Join Forces to Accelerate UAE’s Industry 4.0 and Net Zero Goals

In a major boost to the UAE’s digital and industrial evolution, e& enterprise, the digital transformation arm of e&, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Exeed Industries, a subsidiary of National Holding and a leading player in the UAE’s industrial sector. This long-term partnership is set to accelerate the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies across Exeed Industries’ UAE-based factories.

The collaboration aims to co-develop a comprehensive Industry 4.0 roadmap, integrating cutting-edge technologies like AI, GenAI, Industrial IoT (IIoT), digital twins, and automation to enhance productivity, resilience, and sustainability. The roadmap is expected to enable Exeed Industries to tap into funding opportunities from the Abu Dhabi Investment Office’s Smart Manufacturing Accelerator Programme (SMAP) to scale digital transformation across its operations.

Under the MoU, e& enterprise will lead the design and deployment of a smart manufacturing blueprint tailored to the unique needs of five Exeed manufacturing units. This will include:

Maturity assessments of current operations
Custom smart manufacturing strategies
IIoT and AI integration for predictive maintenance and automation
Digital twins for real-time performance monitoring
AI-driven demand forecasting, quality control, and energy optimization
ESG platforms to monitor and reduce environmental impact
