Dubai's luxury real estate market maintained strong momentum in June 2026, with developers recording AED3.72 billion in off-plan residential sales for homes priced above AED5 million, highlighting continued investor confidence in the emirate's premium property sector.

According to a market analysis released by Keturah, the luxury segment witnessed 307 off-plan transactions during the month. Apartments accounted for 166 sales worth AED2.12 billion, while 141 villa transactions generated AED1.61 billion in sales. The average value of each off-plan luxury property reached AED12.1 million.

Luxury Villas and Apartments Continue to Drive Demand

The strongest demand for off-plan villas was recorded in the AED5 million to AED10 million price segment, where 99 transactions generated AED639.2 million in sales. Another 30 villas were sold in the AED10 million to AED20 million category, contributing AED415.6 million.

Apartment sales were also concentrated in the AED5 million to AED10 million segment, with 111 transactions valued at AED722.3 million. A further 33 apartment sales in the AED10 million to AED20 million range generated AED475.7 million, according to DXBinteract data.

Ready Property Market Adds Over AED1 Billion

In addition to off-plan sales, Dubai's luxury market recorded 58 ready property transactions valued at more than AED5 million, generating AED1.01 billion in sales during June. The average selling price for completed luxury homes stood at approximately AED17.4 million.

Among Dubai's residential communities, Dubai Islands recorded the highest number of luxury off-plan transactions during June with 48 sales, followed by Dubai South with 39 transactions, while Palm Jumeirah ranked third with 22 sales, underscoring sustained demand for premium waterfront and master-planned developments.
