Dubai Chambers to Train 14,000 Private Sector Companies in Agentic AI

Dubai Chambers has launched specialised Agentic AI training programmes for more than 14,000 private sector companies, as Dubai accelerates efforts to equip businesses with the skills needed to adopt advanced artificial intelligence across their operations.

The initiative is part of Dubai’s broader programme to support the private sector’s transition towards Agentic AI under the directives of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.

Dubai Chambers Academy Delivers Specialised AI Training

The training is being delivered through the newly launched Dubai Chambers Academy, an integrated e-learning platform offering specialised Agentic AI training tracks alongside other professional programmes. The Academy was launched in the presence of H.E. Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, H.E. Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, and 90 chairpersons of Business Groups and Business Councils.

The courses are designed to provide businesses with practical guidance on applying Agentic AI in their day-to-day operations.

Training Focuses on Productivity and Decision-Making

Participants will explore AI tools and solutions that can help businesses improve operational efficiency, productivity and decision-making, while identifying practical applications that can support innovation and growth.

The programme aims to help companies establish a strong foundation in Agentic AI, assess where the technology can be applied within their businesses and develop capabilities for its expanding role in the future of work.

Rather than focusing solely on theoretical concepts, the training is intended to help companies translate Agentic AI capabilities into practical business applications.

Sultan Al Mansoori Highlights Business Opportunities

H.E. Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, said Agentic AI is creating new possibilities for how companies operate.

He highlighted its potential to help businesses manage complex tasks, support more effective decision-making, increase productivity and create new opportunities for growth.

Through the specialised training tracks, Dubai Chambers aims to equip private sector companies with the expertise needed to understand Agentic AI and apply its potential to real business challenges.

The training forms part of a wider programme aimed at accelerating Agentic AI adoption across Dubai’s private sector.

Other elements include support for companies developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions, the establishment of incubators for Agentic AI companies, and initiatives focused on knowledge-sharing and capacity-building.

Dubai Chambers has also established an Executive Committee for Agentic AI to accelerate adoption, prepare businesses for global technological shifts and enable companies to benefit from advanced AI solutions.

The broader initiative is intended to strengthen the competitiveness of Dubai’s private sector while supporting the emirate’s position as a global hub for the digital economy and future industries.
