Dubai Properties Group, master developer of world class destinations in Dubai including Business Bay, DUBAILAND, JBR and Culture Village, today announced its partnership with Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), an agency of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing. Under the terms of the strategic agreement, DPG will host a series of events at its popular destinations, The Walk at JBR, Business Bay and DUBAILAND, throughout 2014 with the aim of promoting the emirate as one of the must visit tourist cities in the world.

The list of DFRE events DPG will support includes the internationally renowned Dubai Shopping Festival, Dubai Summer Surprises, Eid in Dubai and Modhesh World. The partnership is already underway, with the Walk at JBR currently hosting a series of fun activities and shows to celebrate this years Dubai Shopping Festival. The exciting activities include roaming performers, musicians, carnival groups and the Furby live shows that concluded recently.
