Daimler Truck Middle East Africa (DT MEA) hosted its EliteClass Awards Ceremony 2025 in Dubai, bringing together more than 70 General Distributors from across the Middle East and Africa to recognize top performance, operational excellence, and regional partnership achievements.

The annual EliteClass Awards program honors distributor results achieved over the past year across 19 performance categories, covering the full commercial vehicle business spectrum, including Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Daimler Buses, and FUSO Trucks & Bus. The recognition framework measures execution standards, market impact, and collaboration across the DT MEA distributor network.

Addressing attendees, Michael Dietz, President and CEO of Daimler Truck Middle East Africa, said the awards highlight tangible market impact created by regional partners and consistent delivery standards across territories.

He noted that the results reflect execution quality, accountability, and long-term sustainability goals, adding that distributor achievements demonstrate the strength of the company’s partnership model throughout the region.

This year, the EliteClass program expanded its General Distributor of the Year recognition into three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — to better differentiate performance levels across markets and product segments.
