Ellington Properties, Dubais leading design-led property developer, has declared its focus on accelerating the improvement of Belgravia III, a contemporary residential destination in Jumeirah Village Circle, via its partnership with DUTCO, the leading development company.
Launched to strong investor response, the development of Belgravia III will be spearheaded by DUTCO to achieve high standards of quality and delivery of a world-class design that Ellington Properties has envisaged for the project.
With all approvals secured already, resources have already been mobilised on-site and work will begin shortly to fast-track the project by leveraging DUTCO’s multi-disciplined group experience in taking over prestigious projects such as The Dubai Mall, The Address Hotel Refurbishment, Al Seef and Boxpark, among others.

Belgravia III is the third residential project under the famous Belgravia brand of Ellington Properties. The company has already handed over Belgravia I and Belgravia II, which are now thriving neighbourhoods. Delivering a ‘community within a community’ concept, Belgravia III aspects two L-shaped buildings that face each other and overlook a central courtyard.
The courtyard by Ellington Properties is the largest-of-its-kind in the JVC community with several key aspects consisting of ablarge infinity-edge swimming pool with shaded pergolas and adequate lounge seating, kids playground, private seating areas, and elegant landscaping.
Belgravia III has 260 spacious studios, one and two-bedroom apartments and townhouses. Highlighting the focus of Ellington to celebrate the local artist community through the Ellington Art Foundation, the full constructing and lobby spaces of Belgravia III will have 2D and 3D art by UAE-based artists.
