CNL Software and Huawei announce partnership to drive Intelligent Campus development

CNL Software has signed MoU with Huawei, a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices to accelerate the deployment of Intelligent Campus and integrated physical security solutions in the Middle East.

The MoU was signed by Daniel Bloodworth, Global Strategic Account Director at CNL Software and Zhao Qin, Director of Huawei OpenLab in the Middle East. Bloodworth and Zhao Qin expressed their confidence in the collaboration, and made a mutual commitment to drive further innovation towards Intelligent Campus operations in the Middle East; allowing customers to move towards a proactive and predictive campus with security management. CNL Software was also recognized by Huawei for their contribution towards building a safer and smarter community.

Both organizations aim to bring the power of digital to every campus for pervasive intelligence.

Jointly developed with partners, Huawei recently introduced the Intelligent Campus Ecosystem Plan and its intelligent HiCampus solution for enterprise customers. To address the needs of this fast-growing market, HiCampus serves as an integrated intelligent campus solution based on the Huawei Horizon Digital Platform. The platform is based on Huawei's extensive experience of campus digital transformation. It is fully connected, converged, and open, helping customers and partners deliver rapid service innovation.

For its part, CNL Softwares trusted Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) software platform delivers adaptable and scalable physical security solutions, allowing implementation flexibility. It maintains control from a central command center in conjunction with supporting autonomous local operations. The open platform provides customers with no technology lock-in restrictions, allowing ongoing innovation through integration of existing and future technologies.

More broadly, Huawei OpenLabs strategy enables its Middle East partners to utilize new ICT technologies and eliminate business silos. This is done by building industry knowledge and application suites, supporting visual business process orchestration, and building drag-and-drop User Interface (UI) designs that accelerate solution development.
