The new facility will prepare and supply Carrefour stores everywhere in the UAE with consistent, high quality, ready-to-eat, and easy-to-cook meals alongside take and go items, and cut vegetables.

Spanning 7,000 square metres, the Central Kitchen is a state-of-the-art amenity located at the Carrefour Regional Distribution Centre in Jebel Ali.

It is set to provide new and better food options while building a feeling unique to Carrefour, with a head chef regularly preparing and experimenting with new recipes in an innovative purpose-built kitchen.

Once fully operational, customers can choose from a selection of 40 meals per day across different cuisines.

With all food prepared in one centralised facility following Carrefours stringent hygiene standards, shoppers can trust the safety of the food served.
