Madinat Jumeirah, the Arabian Resort of Dubai, will re-launch its two popular Friday brunches at Jumeirah Al Qasr and Jumeirah Mina ASalam from 16 October.

The Resorts two grand hotels will mark the return of Dubais outdoor brunch season with fresh concepts, created by the new Executive Chef Dirk Haltenhof and his team.

At both Jumeirah Mina ASalam and Jumeirah Al Qasr guests can discover scrumptious street food style dishes influenced by global culinary destinations from Mexico to Asia.

At Jumeirah Mina ASalam international chefs will share cuisine from their homelands and their travels as they prepare fresh dishes at interactive cooking stations. The expanded terrace offers extensive al fresco dining options and diners can enjoy a lazy afternoon by the waters of the Resorts enchanting lagoon. Inspired by food festivals, the brunch will have a live-action feel as chefs put on a display and create a myriad of flavours while also sharing stories about the dishes as they are created in front of the diners eyes. Specialities include Chicken Katsu Burgers, Fusion Ramen Noodles and Sri Lankan favourites such as Biryani Roti Cones and Bunny Chow. This Friday brunch promises to be a culinary adventure peppered with delicious twists and turns.

Celebrating a culinary journey through Mexico, Tortuga Mexican Kitchen and Bar will delight returning guests with its mouth-watering homemade cuisine.

Other brunch experiences to look forward to at Jumeirah Mina ASalam include the new liquid nitrogen station featuring ultra-chilled surprises, a Mad Scientist cocktail station and Do Nut Judge station offering a mix of sweet and savoury donuts. The Global Grill features meats from foodie travellers top destinations including Italy, the Philippines, the United States, the Middle East, Vietnam, Morocco and Australia. Guests can also visit the Resorts friendly turtles in the nearby rehabilitation pens.

Spread across the ground floor of Jumeirah Al Qasr, the extravagant Al Qasr Brunch will serve lavish delicacies from two restaurants the Spanish restaurant Al Hambra and the impressive Arboretum including an extensive beverage station and live music

The elegant brunch will include molecular cuisine live cooking stations featuring exciting themes like Streets of Bangkok, Orient Express, Surf & Turf, Yucatan Peninsula, a 1001 nights, Taj Mahal, Cold Mezzeh, Charcuterie and Paella. An Arabic-inspired dessert station will offer Iranian, Syrian, Lebanese and Moroccan sweet temptations and guests can also enjoy the ultra-indulgent addition of a Valrhona Chocolate Station serving chocolate desserts.

The Jumeirah Mina ASalam Brunch takes place from 12:30 until 16:00 every Friday and prices range from AED425 to AED525 for adults. Children from four to 12 years old, AED250 and under four dine free.
