Award recognizes the developer's transformative role in shaping Dubai’s future through world-class master-planned communities

Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s leading private real estate developers, has been awarded the prestigious ‘Master Developer of the Year’ title at BNC Publishing’s 2025 Pillars of Real Estate Awards, held at Habtoor Palace Dubai. The honor was received by Mr. Tizian H. G. Raab, Head of Public Relations & Communications and Advisor to the Group CEO.

The accolade celebrates Azizi’s outstanding contributions to Dubai’s evolving urban landscape, driven by its visionary and large-scale master-planned communities such as Azizi Riviera in MBR City, Azizi Venice in Dubai South, and the upcoming Azizi Milan along Mohammed bin Zayed Road.

Speaking on the recognition, Raab remarked,

Among Azizi’s flagship developments, Azizi Venice is particularly noteworthy.
