Azizi Developments, a prominent private developer in the UAE, has announced a strategic partnership with Dubai-based design consultant firm Dezign Technic for signage and wayfinding designs in its prestigious mixed-use development, Azizi Venice, located in Dubai South.

Dezign Technic, headquartered in Dubai and with additional offices in the United Kingdom, Qatar, Lebanon, and Egypt, brings over two decades of experience in crafting top-tier wayfinding and placemaking solutions tailored to various sites and facilities.

Azizi Venice is set to feature over 30,000 residential units across approximately 100 apartment complexes, along with over 400 luxury villas and mansions. As the master developer, Azizi Developments is responsible for constructing the buildings, roads, and all infrastructure within the development.

At the heart of Azizi Venice lies its luxurious pedestrian-friendly boulevard, designed to be open-air in the winter and glass-covered in the summer, ensuring a temperature-controlled space with year-round activity. The boulevard will feature three-storey buildings hosting top retailers, nightlife venues, entertainment options, and eateries representing various countries.

Azizi Venice is expected to attract over 30,000 visitors daily, with two Azizi-owned and operated five-star hotels at the community entrances and a boutique hotel situated on an island in the lagoon. Additionally, ample underground parking spaces will be constructed to facilitate easy access for visitors to Azizi Boulevard and Azizi Opera.
