Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s leading private real estate developers, has announced a significant construction milestone at Azizi Central, its premium residential project located in Al Furjan. The development has now reached 35% completion, with handover on track for Q4 2025.

Construction progress continues at a steady pace: structural work is 99% complete, blockwork stands at 64%, internal plastering is at 40%, HVAC at 24%, and MEP installations have reached 36%. Overall, finishing work has achieved 14% completion. To maintain momentum, the project workforce has been increased to 504 workers.
