Dubai, UAE - Azizi Developments, a prominent private developer in the UAE, has announced its collaboration with UK-based design studio Kettle Collective for the concept design of twelve buildings within its approximately AED 30 billion mixed-use development, Azizi Venice, situated in Dubai South.

Established in Edinburgh, Scotland, in 2012, Kettle Collective is an award-winning architectural firm renowned for its innovative and sustainable designs. With a global presence, the studio is led by a team of experienced architects and designers, and it has gained recognition for its cutting-edge approach to architecture across various projects, including commercial developments and cultural landmarks.

Azizi Venice is slated to comprise more than 30,000 residential units across approximately 100 apartment complexes, along with over 400 luxury villas and mansions. Azizi Developments will serve as the master developer, responsible for constructing the buildings, roads, and all infrastructure components.

At the heart of Azizi Venice lies its luxurious pedestrian-friendly boulevard, designed to be open-air in the winter and glass-covered in the summer to ensure a temperature-controlled space with year-round activity and visitors. The boulevard will feature three-storey buildings housing top retailers and brands, nightlife venues, entertainment options, and eateries representing various countries worldwide, making it a unique point of interest on Dubai’s map of outstanding sights.

Another prominent feature within Azizi Venice is Azizi Opera, situated at the heart of the boulevard. Built to the highest contemporary standards in design and architecture, Azizi Opera is set to become a notable venue for cultural and community events in Dubai.

As a prime tourist attraction and high-end local hotspot, Azizi Venice is expected to welcome over 30,000 visitors daily. The community will include two Azizi-owned and operated five-star hotels at the entrances, along with one boutique hotel situated on an island in the middle of the lagoon. Additionally, a significant number of underground parking spaces will be constructed to provide easy access for tens of thousands of daily visitors to Azizi Boulevard and Azizi Opera.
