Arjaan by Rotana Hosts Free Workshop on Spine Health

As part of its consistent efforts to spread understanding on healthy and balanced lifestyle and wellness in the community, Arjaan by Rotana Dubai hosted a totally free workshop on back health accompanied by an examination and sports massage therapy session which was carried out by Burjeel Hospital.

The workshop was conducted out in accordance with a Watch Your Back Campaignintended to create awareness about neck and back pain and other musculoskeletal problems caused by the sedentary way of living in workplaces. The workshop saw widespread participation from internal visitors and executives working in numerous business offices in the nearby vicinity of the hotel located in Dubai Media City.

The workshop included a Functional design Seminar, Office Exercise Presentation, Sports Massage Session, General Practitioner Appointment in addition to a medical checkup. It was hosted by Dr. Saed Saleymeh, Director of Nursing and Head of Training & Education at Burjeel Health center for Advanced Surgery.
