The Honorable Charles Fernandez, Minister of Foreign Matters and International Trade of Antigua and Barbuda, met with HE Tariq Al Gurg, Ceo at Dubai Cares recently to talk about the latest advancements in Antigua and Barbuda following Hurricane.
