The transaction was officially completed at the end of January 2026.

The acquisition marks a major milestone in Albatha Healthcare’s strategic expansion into the mental health and psychological care sector, reinforcing its commitment to comprehensive, patient-centred healthcare and the UAE’s National Strategy for Wellbeing 2031.

Insights Psychology operates on a multidisciplinary model, offering a wide range of services including:

• Psychological and neurodevelopmental assessments
