The Address Hotels + Resorts, the five-star premium brand of Emaar Hospitality Group, is taking visitor experience to the next level with the launch of ‘eLifestyle,’ a fully-equipped, state-of-the-art, room automation service.
The highly-interactive service, available across each property under The Address Hotels + Resorts umbrella, enables guests and residents of the serviced residences to make requests with the various departments within the hotel, from room service and housekeeping, to the concierge and laundry, at the click of a button, with in-room iPads.
Each dedicated hotel provides guests with an extensive version of its culinary, recreation, and leisure facilities, all complemented by striking imagery and comprehensive information, wherein guests can swipe, browse, and make a request immediately.
The ‘eLifestyle’ adds to guest experience by integrating the option of booking appointment for any of the five spas within The Address Hotels + Resorts; golf lessons and tee time at The Address Montgomerie Dubai; or movie tickets for Reel Cinemas, through the provided iPads.
The Address Hotels + Resorts will also incorporate Emaar’s other retail attractions including KidZania®, Dubai Ice Rink, Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, SEGA Republic, and At the Top, Burj Khalifa, enabling them to take advantage of all that Emaar has to offer at the click of a button.

The ‘eLifestyle’ system will be expanded in due course to incorporate Emaar’s leisure destinations – Arabian Ranches Golf Club, Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club, and Dubai Marina Yacht Club – allowing guests to gather information and reserve appointments for the various activities offered at each club.
Guests will receive real-time updates on the promotions that are available at all of The Address Hotels + Resorts, allowing them to make reservations at over 30 restaurants and lounges, from their own room.
Building on its commitment to elevate guest experiences, the ‘eLifestyle’ system also features social media integration, which enables guests to find details of various restaurants and recreation options through Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and third-party travel and tourism websites such as TripAdvisor.com and Booking.com.
From requesting for in-room amenities and ordering room service, ‘eLifestyle’ enables guests to reach out to the housekeeping and back-of-the-house departments to get everything – from the lighting to the shower – checked in less than 10 minutes.
Each in-room iPad is registered to an individual room, allowing the operations teams to decipher which room and guest the automated request has come from.
The Address Hotels + Resorts will provide the service in Emaar’s upcoming properties including The Address Residence The BLVD, The Address Residence Sky View, and The Address Residence Fountain Views, in Downtown Dubai.
