Under the patronage of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Western Region in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and chairman of the Emirates Falconers Club, supported by The Cultural Programs and Heritage Festivals Committee, and organized by the Emirates Falconers Club at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center, the 13th edition of Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (Abu Dhabi 2015) will be held from 9 to 12 September 2015.

As a part of the promotional campaign of Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition in order to promote interaction with exhibitors and foreign visitors and attract more participants from around the world, the organizing committee continues a series of participations in various specialized international exhibitions in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The most important of these exhibitions is IWA, the international trade fair for hunting and sport shooting equipment that will be held in Nuremberg city from 6 to 9 next March.

In general, the annual German participation in Abu Dhabi exhibition is one of the largest participations among the previous editions, and it features a great percentage in terms of number of participants and the hired space, as the exhibiting companies enjoy encouraging economic revenues.

The International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition is at a forward position among the top hunting exhibition worldwide, in terms of number of visitors and it plays an important role in attracting visitors and tourists from the GCC region and the world in general.

The last edition of the International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (Abu Dhabi 2014) witnessed a record on the level of public turnout over 110,000 visitors, which enjoyed the participation of more than 48 countries, represented with more than 640 exhibitors and companies hosted by the Emirati capital on a space that reached 40 thousand square meters. Also 575 media persons attended the events, including media representatives on the levels of local, Gulf, Arab and international media.

Mr. Abdullah Al Qubaisi, director of International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition affirmed that the exhibition, the most prominent and the most famous in the Middle East region and the only event dedicated in hunting, equestrian, marine sports, safari trips, arts and antiques in the region, offers its visitors since its launching in 2003 an opportunity to possess state-of-the art camping, hunting, equestrian, outdoor and marine equipment. The exhibition also enables its visitors to view the deep-rooted Emirati heritage through Abu Dhabi city, interact with thousands of hunting and outdoor sports fans, enjoy much of the cultural heritage activities and live shows, and engage in exciting competitions that introduces participants to the established traditions of Abu Dhabi and UAE in general.

The exhibition events draw the attention of tens of thousands of visitors from Abu Dhabi and from all of the UAE citizens and residents, in addition to thousands of locals and foreigners from the GCC.
