Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has set a predominant milestone in the construction of Plaza, a uniquely well-connected residential development in the heart of Dubai’s new growth corridor – Al Furjan. Construction has now attained 90%, with the building being planned for finishing by Q2, 2020.

Progress on the external works is on schedule as well — presently at 42 percent, with the swimming pool having reached 81 percent. Overall finishing works are at 88 percent, while the façade and elevator works have reached 90 and 92 per cent respectively.

With the notably swift material sourcing and increased workforce, we are assured that we will execute this impressive, sizable project within a few months, in the second quarter of 2020.”
