ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
HR administration support that will handle staffs that are different nationalities.
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Proven experience as an office administrator and must have at least 7-10 years experienced on the same position in U.A.E
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills
· Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
· Must have experience in a Trading company or logistics company
· Who have also experience or knowledge in machinery and as a mechanical engineer in the food industry
· Have knowledge in Real Estate business in U.A.E
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.) or knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
· Energetic outlook and the great sense of humor is essential
· BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
· U.A.E driving license is a plus
