About the Job:
We are currently looking for experienced Storekeeper who will perform warehousing and storekeeping tasks such as receiving, identifying, handling, storing, issuing and delivering a wide variety of parts in a computerized system. You will ensure all the warehouse KPI’s are achieved as per the target.
The Storekeeper acts as a team/floor leader who directs his subordinates in receiving, issuing, storage and inventory control. His main focus is to smoothly control the day to day running of Inbound, Outbound and Internal process operations.
Specifically, your responsibilities include the following:
On-time processing and dispatch of orders in accordance to the cut-off timings
Direct team members in performing their tasks correctly
Conduct a daily meeting to discuss issues related to warehouse activities with his team.
Identify bins that need to be replenished and update system accordingly.
Report any quality or inventory discrepancy issues
Lead the team in maintaining the cleanliness of the workplace.
Conduct customer claim investigation and submit analysis report time to time.
Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe work environment
An ideal candidate for this role should possess a Trade-related Certificate or Diploma in Automotive. You should have at least 3 years’ relevant experience as a Storekeeper in an automotive workshop environment. You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with administrative competence.
