Policies, Processes, Systems, Procedures, and Controls
‎‎Implement and comply with all relevant functional policies, ‎processes, systems, standards, procedures, to accomplish maintenance ‎objectives
Training
‎‎Provide on-the-job Training to meet Competency Based Training ‎programs for UAE Nationalization.‎
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
‎‎Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls, applicable ‎legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, ‎best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices
‎ Participate in Emergency Response duties as a team member

Housekeeping
‎‎Maintain the work environment clean and tidy before, during operations, in ‎line with established standards of Hygiene and housekeeping ‎
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
‎‎Contribute to the identification of areas and opportunities for continuous ‎improvement in the operating procedures and functional processes
Reports
‎ Provide inputs to prepare Section progress reports for GASCO Management
‎ Provide inputs to prepare some of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for ‎management
‎ Provide a report to workshop engineer on the non-receipt of the returnable tools

Specific Accountabilities
‎ Control the issue and receipt of tools and other items to the maintenance staff ‎for day-to-day jobs.‎
‎‎Control the inventory of tools and materials in tool room; maintain ‎an adequate inventory of maintenance materials for vital equipment.‎
‎ Issue toolboxes and tool replenishment to technicians; maintain the register.‎
‎‎Assist the workshop engineer in; preparing a list of consumable materials ‎required for day to day maintenance function; preparing MR
‎‎Receive direct charge materials procured by a workshop from the warehouse ‎after acceptance by the initiator, store properly, issue when required and ‎maintain an inventory of balance items.‎
‎ Assist workshop engineer in preparing 1 reserving consumable materials for ‎plant shutdowns.‎
‎ Report damage of tools and provide details for the procurement 1 replacement ‎with new tools
‎‎Assist Heavy Lift Engineer during load testing and tagging of lifting ‎equipment, tools and tackles in Plant and workshop. Maintain a record of all ‎issued lifting tools and tackles.‎
‎ Ensure all rejected 1 damaged lifting tools and tacked are disposed of as per ‎procedure
‎‎Maintain calibration record of measuring tools and update workshop ‎engineer on the status and support to ensure all the measuring tools are ‎calibrated.‎
‎ Issue PPE items to maintenance staff as per requirement.‎
‎ Support workshop material controller for stock verification

Skillset

‎ Secondary School Certificate with a vocational trade certificate in the relevant field
Experience:‎
‎‎‎4 or more years of relevant experience in managing and storage of tools equipment! inventory, ‎within a large industrial plant, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. ‎
