Job Purpose:
The main purpose of this position is to maintain cleanliness of the
kitchen and equipment. Cleaning / Preparing Equipment s for onsite events or in
the kitchen. One of other main goal is to keep Grade A Hygiene standards in the
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain highest standards of hygiene, sanitation and
ensure smooth operation
• Controlling Breakage within department as well as utility
cost or chemical cost
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations in assigned F&B
back of the house
• Continually seek opportunities to develop self and
• Action any other duties as assigned by the Steward
• Provide best service and ensuring internal customer
• Provide sufficient cleaning supplies for daily operations
• Good
hygiene practice and grooming standards
• Following the policies and procedures of DWTC
Formal Education:
Basic School Education 8 th Grade
At least 1 years relevant experience in an Hotel or catering company
Work Experience:
At least 1 years
relevant ex perience in an Hotel or catering company
Skills and Knowledge:
• Chemical Knowledge preferred
• English Speaking
• Grooming Standards
• Good Communication Skills
Basic Food Hygiene Training
