Your Role The Seafreight Regional Data and Process Improvement Manager is a key player in the coming SeaLOG Export implementation and the other projects aiming at increasing productivity within the Seafreight Business Unit. This will enable the countries to change and improve the day-to-day operational seafreight process before the system change to ensure a smoother transition. This role will in addition assist the implementation(s) of the export order management process, the order management projects entail review, set up and training of the operational processes in accordance to the defined customer order solution/system. Your Responsibilities
• To help the business field to implement operational solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners
• To ensure a proper review of planned system development against the existing processes in the countries. It also involves identifying, documenting and sharing current best practices and system gaps
• To work closely with the to identify which parts of the export process can be automated or and assist this integration.
• To assist Shared Service Center Project Manager on the other hand for the coordination and documentation of the processes in an optimized way and assisting the countries with implementation
• To lead and support continuous improvement efforts utilizing new technologies to bring competitive advantages
• To lead and support quality improvement solutions through new processes or operational practices
• To lead and support solutions to improve efficiency of current processes applying lean principles
• To involve in the projects by gathering requirements, manage the mapping the countries processes, analyzing the gaps and proposing and implementing the process solutions
• Several years of Project Management experience

• Leadership skills, particularly with managing people performance through ongoing performance management
