The job holder must have extensive experience in general Human Resources with a heavy emphasis in management development and a range of deep HR professional work.
Interpersonal skills of a high order are required as is enthusiasm and goal orientation are important competency requirements.
Minimum of 4 years experience in a relevant position
Experience in change management and the ability to develop staff s skills in the delivery of exceptional customer experience.
Extensive experience in HR administration work such as reward management and policy administration.
Experience in the management of established job evaluation systems to ensure that the process is supplied with current and accurate job information as a basis in establishing reward differentials through an appropriate grade structure.
Abilities & Special Skills
The ability to manage various HR functions entirely by one-self.
Ability to interpret financial data particularly pertaining to the development of sound remuneration policies and recommend relevant changes to existing policies and procedures to maintain the organization s competitive position in the relevant sector and to motivate and retain competent workforce
Ability to design appraisal systems and KPI s
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law
Ability to use MS packages particularly excel and power point.
Relevant work experience in fitness and health clubs is a definite advantage.
Ability to review manpower budgets and recommend cost improvements without affecting organizational and departmental capabilities and effectiveness
Ability to manage employee relations issues in a tactful and efficient manner.
Bachelor degree or post graduate diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
Professional qualification in the areas of human resources and learning & development.
