HR Business Partner (UAE National)

Manage the leadership relationship and act as the facilitator for the management team by providing well based HR advice on all aspects of employee relations and labor law
Responsible for leading the annual manpower and recruitment plan with the business and finance
Accountable for the cost effective implementation of the annual recruitment plan
Support and monitor the employee relations and coordinates within the grievance and disciplinary committee
Supports the effective delivery of a higher performing HR service, by ensuring that the high standards within the team are developed and maintained
Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the respective business unit
Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the respective business unit s side
Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management, partnering with Organisation Development, Talent, and Performance management center of excellence to create innovative and customer-centric HR solutions
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management e.g., coaching, counseling, exit interviews, career development and disciplinary actions
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning promotions and transfers
Requirements:
Six years in an HR Manager or HR Business Partner capacity
Degree educated in any field
Happy to travel all over the UAE
