Your day to day
As the Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant you will ensure the smooth & efficient running of the Food & Beverage Department by ensuring that coordination, administration, communication functions and duties of the department are carried out in a professional, discreet, exact and prompt manner in accordance with IHG policies. Take reservations & convert first/ existing calls into potential businesses promising returns, follow up payments, and communications. Handle all incoming and outgoing food & beverage correspondence including guest's feedback promptly and accurately. Assist secretarial duties and support in F&B department. Maintain and coordinate calendars with regards to F&B meetings, projects, attendance, duty roster. Assist Purchase Requests for the F&B department. Perform other duties as assigned.
What we need from you
Ideally, you'll have relevant educational qualifications with minimum two years of similar work experience in with excellent communications skills, written & oral proficiency in English. You need to be people-oriented and highly passionate about your job with a great level of confidence. The right candidate portrays a professional image at all times and posses strong multi tasking and admin skills.
