Are you looking to gain commercial exposure to an international client? An opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious organizations in the world based in Dubai has arisen for a Principal Architect to work on a long-term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities/skills:
*Experienced in independently handling large projects with specific technology ownership.
*Hands on experience architecting solutions for distributed, mission-critical systems with emphasis on real-time integration, high availability, scalability and performance
*Experience of detailed business system architecture and design
*Preferably technical leadership and architecture experience
*Broader technical knowledge, experience in web, middleware and database technologies
*Knowledge of architectural design patterns, technical design, design reviews, architectural impact, and risk analysis.
*Should have thorough experience in application architecture area, designing and documenting application and interface architectures.
*Should have experience in conducting architectural gap analysis and preparation of target state identification.
*Experienced in mapping business capabilities & services to system & technology components
*Should have experience in modeling application architecture using various ArchiMate diagrams and notations. Sparx Enterprise Architect tool experience is desirable
*Understanding of solution technologies such as Java/TPF/Oracle/BI/DW/
*Understanding of TOGAF, Zachman and other Enterprise Architecture frameworks
*Experience in ground handling, cargo, travel or any other airline/aviation domains
