We are looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
• To recruit new business, retain clients and build relationships by cold-calling, meeting or attending relevant exhibitions and events. Create and follow the sales process and achieve targets.
• Establishing and managing sales activities on traditional and modern trade level.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Operations management support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Open channels with potential partners.
• Increase the level of prospects beneficial for the business.
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Maintain filing and records management systems and other office flow procedures which may be confidential.
• Provide assistance to the company director with private, confidential, and personal arrangements.
• Keep the company director well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follow up appropriately.
• Type reports, memos, letters, social media and other documents as needed.
• Prioritize ad hoc needs and handle matters quickly and proactively.
• Liaise with PRO to cover all commercial and governmental aspects related to permits, approvals, licenses, contracts, visas etc.
• Financial management support.
Desired Candidate Profile
** Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, masters is a plus.
**Western education is preferred.
**4-5 years of experience is required.
**UAE driving license is a must.
**Must be fluent in English.
**Presentable personality with outstanding interpersonal and communication
skills, both written and verbal.
**Attention to detail, able to manage responsibilities with minimum direction.
**Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook) is required.
