Description:

Expense and Card Program Administrator
Provide primary support in the administration of Expense and Travel & Entertainment card programs for NOV.
Oversees general administration of T&E credit card programs including, but not limited to:
• Assist with efforts to expand and standardize T&E activity
• Ensure BTA is reviewed, coded, and approved within required time frame
• Process new card applications
• Act as a liaison to assist in resolving issues between employees and card provider
• Perform monthly review & follow-up on card delinquencies
• Review card activity to ensure compliance
• Close accounts due misuse and/or employee separation from the company
• Provide monthly and ad-hoc reporting to management
• Assists in the development and implementation of new credit card programs
• Daily validations and reporting to ensure credit card records assign appropriately
Assists in directing the activities of expense reimbursements involving Expense including:
• Contribute to the ongoing training of Expense auditors
• Ensure that policies at the company and business unit level are applied correctly during auditing
• Support training initiatives for employees both online and in person
• Assist in the auditing of expense reports
• Communicate with employees any changes to the Expense module
• Review of ExpenseAdministrator inbox for assigned location(s).
• Address Expense user issues and questions, both functional and technical
• Troubleshoot system issues a user or auditor may be experiencing, including review of known issues, data gathering and appropriate hand-off to technical if required
• Provide Workflow Administrator service.
• Monitor workflow on active Expense reports and provide support as needed
• Maintain or assist in maintaining within module:
• Expense Report Templates, including Expense Type detail/requirements
• Policy rules
• Audit rules (special)
• Run ad-hoc reports for management and analysis
• Write Audit Rules
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Commerce/BBA
2 years minimum Prior experience in Concur and card administration is preferred.
Sap Concur, Excel
Smart, energetic, great communication skills
