How can UAE residents turn a Dh10,000 Dear Big Ticket win into Dh100,000 without buying a Big Ticket?

UAE residents aged 18 and above can enter Dear Big Ticket Season 4 for free without purchasing a Big Ticket. From August 3 to 23, participants can submit a personal wish in writing or as a one-minute video across categories including health, education, housing, business and family. After public voting from September 7 to 27, six winning stories will receive Dh100,000, while nine other shortlisted participants will get Dh10,000. This season, however, one of those nine Dh10,000 winners will get a “Second Chance”, with their prize upgraded to Dh100,000.
