KAYALI Majlis at The Lana
A unique Ramadan experience blending luxury hospitality, fragrance and fine dining is now welcoming guests at The Lana, Dorchester Collection in Dubai. Running until 18 March, the hotel’s veranda has been transformed into a fragrance-inspired open-air majlis through a collaboration with KAYALI fragrances by Mona Kattan. The immersive setting draws inspiration from the florals and notes of the brand’s Freedom collection, creating a scented garden atmosphere beneath the night sky. Designed as an elegant Ramadan majlis, the space features intimate table arrangements, refined décor and subtle design elements that reflect the fragrance theme while maintaining a traditional Ramadan ambience. Enhancing the sensory experience, Chef Jouni Ibrahim has curated a special menu inspired by the same collection. The menu offers a variety of hot and cold mezze, along with sushi and sashimi platters, Arabic mixed grill, truffle pasta, and an assortment of Middle Eastern desserts. Guests visiting the majlis can also enjoy a relaxed evening with shisha, traditional games, and live music, adding to the atmosphere of community and celebration associated with the holy month of Ramadan. The limited-time collaboration highlights Dubai’s growing trend of luxury Ramadan pop-ups, where culinary creativity, cultural traditions, and unique themed experiences come together to create memorable gatherings for residents and visitors alike.
