Dubai Comedy Festival- The first ever comedy festival in Dubai takes off with a barrel of laughs.

The Dubai Comedy Festival is another addition to the already massive list of festivals that are making this city a global force in the events and entertainment world. Headlining the event are two comic giants from America, Dave Chapelle and Trevor Noah. Dave Chapelle is known for his incredibly popular comedy sketch show, The Chapelle Show that received worldwide notoriety and fame. Trevor Noah is a comedian who recently got picked as the next host of The Daily Show, one of America's most followed TV shows in its history. Also joining the festival is the comic magician, Mac King with a bag of tricks and laughs up his sleeves. Dubai Comedy Festival also aims to promote local and Arabic comedic talents by hosting a number of local comics with Bader Saleh and Ali Al Sayed co-hosting Dave and Trevor. The main events will be held at a purpose built venue at Skydive Dubai while local comics will perform around the city during the ten days of the festival.
