Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo at The Dubai Mall reveals its exciting new Sea Jelly displays to the public. A total of four new species have been introduced to the aquarium, all of which frequent the beaches in Dubai.
Unlike most other marine creatures and despite their stunning beauty and great variety jellyfish are often ignored and feared, when swimming in the sea. However, these spellbinding creatures attract the most attention when they’re displayed in aquariums. They are exotic and possess an ethereal beauty that is both graceful and enticing.
All four species that are on display at Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo can sting, however none are considered dangerous. Sea Nettles, Moon Jellies, Blue Blubbers and Upside down jellies come in an immense variety of shapes, sizes and colours. Understanding the Sea Jelly, how they move and reproduce can offer some insight into why these species frequent shorelines.
Avid aquatic fans and visitors can experience these graceful and mysterious creatures flaunt their colours, ruffles and beads at Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo every day.
