1. It Raises our Vibration. The fact is that we are all energy. Our thoughts, and more particularly our emotions vibrate at a certain frequency. It is a feeling universe and like attracts like. So, if we put out feelings of leisure and joy, we will bring to us more in our lives to be comfortable and joyful about, like inspired outcomes in the case of business. Customers was so burdened out with going again to school, working and running a business, and her business had stopped developing as a result. During one of our sessions, I motivated her to take the weekend off even though she had a TON to do. Thankfully she did and went for a great hike with her two dogs. And left her phone at home. Low and behold, when she returned, there was an email ready for her from someone looking to work with her. Hmm... coincidence? Nope. She shifted her power (feelings) and attracted a new client. 2. It Creates the Space for Ideas to come in. If we are burdened out and running around like the world is going to end tomorrow, how can we perhaps assume those new innovative thoughts to come in? It takes calm for more calm to come in. Check-in and see when and how your fine ideas have come in. For my husband it is when he plays music. For me it is when I'm out in nature. In both scenarios, we are at peace and happy. We push these innovative thoughts away when we're stressed out and overwhelmed. Think about how you can begin including in time for yourself at first each and every month, then each and every week, with building up to every day. Your soul and your business will thank-you. 3. We are Really Saying we are Worthy. When we exercise self-care, we are genuinely saying; "I appreciate and love myself sufficient to take care and honour myself". This again sends out effective emotions (energy), of worthiness and RECEIVING! I prefer you to actually hear me on this. If you choose to create your desires you have to be in a position to acquire them. Self-care is receiving. Many of us have a tendency to give, give, give, besides a lot of receiving. We have to be inclined to do both. It's not waiting for any one else to provide it to you either. Ask for what you choose and make it happen. You have the strength to do this I promise. This will allow you to say no to what is not working in your existence and business and take a stand for what you are wanting. You will show-up in another way in conversations and interactions therefore developing a unique result. 4. You Strengthen Your Own Inner Resources. You will give a boost to your confidence and choice making. You will feel extra grounded and stronger. You will be in a position to tune into your instinct - where you simply understand what you want to do. You will have clarity. This is a magical vicinity to be in. You will see and be guided to the subsequent steps and actions you want to take. People, places and situations will flow. 5. Happy simply leads to More Happy. Empowered decisions, thoughts and actions take place. Inspired action happens. Work would not sense like work, it feels like inspired creating. You love the projects, work and people you get to work with. You appeal to outstanding people. Champagne consumers and buyers.
