The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health and Prevention, Dr Mohammad Salim Al Olama honors employees who completed 35 years of service at the Ministry

His Excellency (H.E.) Dr Mohammad Salim Al Olama, The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHP), just recently held a ceremony honoring the employees who have actually rendered 35 years of service to the Ministry. The event was in line with the Ministry's efforts to recognize and honor the loyal and devoted years of service of these important staff members to the UAE and the MoHP, while motivating the new generation staff members to follow these role models.

Throughout the event, 5 employees, one each from Dubai Medical District-- School of Health, Fujairah Medical Zone-- Dibba Hospital, Sharjah Medical Zone-- Kalba Hospital, Al Baraha Hospital and Ajman Medical Zone Compound, were presented with tailor-made tokens of acknowledgment, which were personally signed by H.E. Abdul Rahman Bin Mohammed Al Owais, The Minister, MoHP.

The Minister said, "We are proud of your long and devoted service to the Ministry, which is similar to that of the unknown soldiers in the march towards excellence and you are role models for the new generation staff members. We commend you for your exemplary service, it reflects our conviction that personnel is the genuine capital to be bought. The Ministry holds this acknowledgment event every year to honor the efforts of our employees, to motivate them to raise the bar of efficiency, and to help them accomplish the objectives and goals stated by the MoHP.".

The MoHP Minister further pointed out that the Ministry is committed to supporting and retaining their staff members as they are partners in the Ministry's success, who facilitate the incorporation and execution of organizational excellence while offering the best medical and preventive services for the community.

Apart from the yearly acknowledgment programs, the Ministry has actually also implemented other programs and initiatives that aim to enhance the performance of staff members like grade promos and benefits to help them accomplish the requirements of joy in their lives.
