The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health and Prevention and the Ambassador of Chile to UAE discuss cooperation in health sector

H.E. Dr. Mohammad Salim AlOlama, the Undersecretary of the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention, received the Ambassador of Chile to the UAE, H.E. Mr John Paul Tarod Coburn, at the Ministry Headquarter in Abu Dhabi, in the presence of Dr. Essa Ahmed Al Mansoori, Director of the Undersecretary Office and International Relations Office.

H.E. Dr. AlOlama went over with the Ambassador the Ministry's achievements and ongoing efforts to improve the restorative and precautionary services, deployment of newest innovation to achieve health security and the eagerness to share its experiences with the world. He invited the prospect of getting visiting medical delegations from Chile, while going over the UAE's interest in possible financial investments in Chile's health sector.

The Ambassador in turn applauded UAE's achievements in the health sector mentioning its robust health legislation, facilities, and highly certified medical staff. He revealed his country's desire to establish vibrant relations with the UAE and continuously exchange competency and expertise with the health sector of the Emirates and to involve in clinical research programs.
