Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Irongate Announce Plans for Luxury Resort in Los Cabos

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, the world's leading luxury hospitality company, and Irongate, a full-service real estate development company, reveal plans today for a luxury resort and private residences on the excellent beaches of Baja's eastern shore. With planning in place for a 2018 opening, Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas will belong to the special Costa Palmas resort community, which will also include a personal marina and members-only beach and yacht club, all set along a two-mile (3.2 kilometre) stretch of immaculate white-sand beach and the warm, swimmable waters of the Sea of Cortez.

The 145-key Resort will include a low-density design spread across numerous buildings, and a collection of whole-ownership seaside, marina-side and golf-side private houses, in addition to an intimate collection of custom-made single-family beachfront private residence villas. Together with numerous pools, extensive indoor and outside event and wedding centers, and 5 unique dining outlets, the Resort will also feature a Robert Trent Jones II signature 18-hole golf course, full-service medspa and progressive fitness facilities. The extensive grounds of the Resort will be connected to a nearby yacht marina that will include as much as two hundred slips to accommodate yachts approximately 250 feet (76 metres) and its own ocean-side marina town, total with artisanal stores, additional dining options and locally-curated music and art.
