Dubai South, the expansive single-urban master development specializing in aviation, logistics, and real estate, has announced a significant collaboration with AGMC, a prominent importer of luxury vehicles in the United Arab Emirates. The partnership entails the establishment of a new AED 500 million showroom and service center at Dubai South, catering to customers of esteemed automotive brands such as BMW, MINI, and others.

The agreement, inked in the presence of key dignitaries including HH Sheikh Sultan Ahmed Mohamed Al Qassimi and HE Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, marks a milestone in the development's endeavor to enhance its automotive offerings. Also present were Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, and Jan Felton, Managing Director of Al Batha Group, AGMC's parent company, alongside senior executives from both entities.

Spanning an impressive 33,000 square meters, the state-of-the-art facility will set new standards, surpassing existing establishments in terms of quality and amenities. It will showcase a range of BMW, MINI, and other branded vehicles, while also hosting a comprehensive service center providing after-sales and maintenance services to customers.

Strategically positioned at The Business Avenue, a premier location in proximity to the VIP Terminal and Al Maktoum International Airport, the center offers convenient access to key transport arteries including Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, Jebel Ali Free Zone, and Expo Road.

HE Khalifa Al Zaffin expressed his satisfaction with the agreement, emphasizing Dubai South's appeal to companies through its unique ecosystem and advanced infrastructure. He pledged unwavering support to AGMC in their efforts to serve customers from the new center.

Jan Felton conveyed his delight in contributing to the progressive development plans of Dubai South, aligned with the visionary leadership of the UAE. He lauded the efforts of HH Sheikh Salim bin Mohammad Al Qasimi for his continued encouragement and support in investments.
